Received the wrong item or damaged goods?
We sincerely apologize. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item and we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately. No questions asked.
Doesn't fit your pup?
We know how tricky sizing can be for our tiny friends. If the item doesn't fit we will offer you a store credit equal to the full value of your purchase so you can find the perfect fit.
Changed your mind?
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours the order has already been processed and we are unable to cancel it.
